This Privacy Policy applies to the CEO Simulator - Real Business mobile application, together with any related services operated by NEOGEN SOLUTIONS LTD (collectively, the "Application"). NEOGEN SOLUTIONS LTD is referred to as the "Service Provider".

1. Information We Collect
The Service Provider collects minimal personal data necessary to operate, maintain, and monetise the Application.

Information You Provide Directly: If you contact customer support via email (developer@neogensolutions.io), the Service Provider receives your email address, your name (if provided), and the details of your inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically: When using the Application, third-party software development kits (SDKs) automatically collect technical online identifiers, including your Google Advertising ID (GAID), Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), IP address, Device ID, operating system version, time zone settings, system performance metrics, and in-game interaction logs.
In-App Purchase Data: Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are processed exclusively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store financial payment credentials. Only non-sensitive purchase receipts, order IDs, and entitlement flags are received to unlock items like "No Ads" or "Diamonds."

2. Lawful Bases for Processing (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
Processing of your personal data is conducted under the following lawful bases:

Consent: For serving personalised advertising, tracking via advertising identifiers, and non-essential analytics.
Contractual Necessity: To validate in-app purchases and deliver purchased entitlements to your device.
Legitimate Interests: To maintain application security, analyse crash reports, prevent fraud, and optimise game performance.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The Application incorporates third-party SDKs for advertising, mediation, analytics, and crash reporting. Each third-party provider handles data according to its own privacy policy:

4. Ad Consent Controls and Opt-Out Options
Upon launching the Application or prior to receiving initial ads, third-party advertising partners (such as Unity Ads or LevelPlay) may present automated consent dialogs allowing you to accept or decline targeted advertising.

You can also control or revoke personalised advertising permissions at any time through your mobile device settings:

Android: Navigate to Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads and select Opt out of Ads Personalisation or Reset advertising ID.
iOS: Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track.

5. Local Save Data Storage
Game progression, simulated financial assets, and consumable balances are saved locally on your mobile device (PlayerPrefs). Local game saves are not synced to external cloud servers operated by the Service Provider. Uninstalling the Application, clearing application data, or resetting your device will permanently erase local save progress.

6. Data Retention Policy

Support Emails: Retained for up to 12 months following resolution of your request, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
Automated Technical Data: Analytics and crash logs collected by third-party SDKs are retained for up to 24 months in aggregated or pseudonymous form according to each SDK's retention schedule.
Aggregated Data: Anonymised metrics containing no personal identifiers are retained indefinitely to assist with long-term app optimisation.

7. Data Deletion Instructions & User Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, as well as restrict or object to its processing.

To Request Data Deletion: Contact the Service Provider at developer@neogensolutions.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Upon verifying your request, any personal data associated with your support interactions or advertising identifiers maintained in reachable systems will be deleted.
Local Data Removal: To delete all local gameplay data, uninstall the Application or clear the Application's cache/data via your mobile device's settings menu.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint (UK & EU)
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area and believe our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. To exercise these rights, email developer@neogensolutions.io.

10. Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for users who have reached the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (13 years of age in the UK and US, or up to 16 years of age in certain EU member states). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under these ages. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal data, contact developer@neogensolutions.io so immediate deletion can be performed.

11. International Data Transfers
Personal data collected by third-party SDKs may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. Where international transfers occur, third-party providers utilise European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions to safeguard data transfers.

12. Security
The Service Provider maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the policy page and revising the effective date below.
